Family owned and operated, Cakes Unlimited was established in 1995 in San Dimas, California. With over 20 years of experience in fine European style baking and cake decorating. We bring to Southern California an old country treat -- great European style cakes and pastries. Our cakes are made with three layers of genoise (sponge) cake, light and moist, the European way, with brandy and rum, and two layers of any flavor of mousse made with real whipped cream.
